B	We sell products and update manufacuturer support. We also support during manufacuturer support period.
C	We sell equipment and build network. Manufacturer support also works.
D	We provide support service in addition to Plan C.
E	We only provide support service for existing environment.

TROSYSTEMS.Inc, specializing for building network environment in a office, cooperates not only end-user but also system integrators or web-related companies.

We have several requests from end-users like building network in office or operating and monitoring one. We deal with costomers' request as flexible as we can.

As a Cisco Certified Partner, we collaborate with Cisco Systems, Inc. We can extensively deal with business deployment on cases related to Cisco products.

How to provide services

• We can deal with while our business hour from 9:00 to 17:30. However, night and holiday work are available if necessary.
• WIth traffic expense, we can go for business trip to work.
• Remote access is available for your hosting.
• In builfing network, essentially we provide our services by recommend equipments.
• If we can check the status of license or hardware, we can adjust to your environment.

For the First Contact

For your first request, we would like to know the status of your network environment. The reason is that renewing the environment sometimes causes unexpected trouble. We would like to collect infomation in advance as possible.
