For supporting your bussiness Trosystems Inc. makes public contact and technical information to cutomers. Basically we support service we provide. We also support existing infrastructure concluding service agreement and doing site survey and initianl setting.

We update information of security or Cisco's device as needed.

For Customer concluding service agreement

During business time(9:00AM to 5:30PM), we accept request by telephone and e-mail. While out of bussiness time, we accept requset by e-mail. It is possible to contact our engineer but he may not respond immediately for working another place.
If you phone us(03-6415-6060), we check status and arrange engineer and schedule.

If you are in emergency giving us detailed information, we will quickly respond as possible.

For technical information

When you have question on network, server or middleware we provide, please give us e-mail for support mailing list. If question is not critical please allow us to take several days. In any occation, we check status and respond what to do.

For inquiry of manufacturer support

We insteadily act for product we provide including checking support status.
For necessary service like license contract or any other annual contract, we send you estimate until one month before the end of contract.

For customer requesting our support

You can ask your server and network you made for monitoring, operation and maintenance.

WebEx Suppoer Service

I will remote support customer's problem by using WebEx.

It is possible to connect it with your network temporarily even if there is no VPN system.
